Plagiarism also includes the practice of employing or allowing another person to alter or revise your work, and then submitting the work as your own. (i) TAXES
All amounts paid by you to us shall be exclusive of all taxes, duties, charges, or cess. If Zetheta is liable for any taxes, duties, charges or cess in any jurisdiction outside India on or with respect to the value of the Products or Services provided (other than taxes levied on Zetheta’s income, such as corporate tax), you will pay to Zetheta an amount equal to that liability upon the provision, by Zetheta, of a valid invoice any time in future.
In case of applicability of any withholding tax on the fees payable to Zetheta, you shall pay such additional amounts as may be necessary such that Zetheta receives the fees it would have received, had there not been any withholding tax imposed. Bank charges, if any applicable while transferring funds to Zetheta shall be borne by you.
(ii) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Zetheta shall retain all rights, title and ownership to Intellectual Property that arises out of the provision of Products or Services including all the information submitted by you on the site and all the data of usages on the site. All right, title, and interest in and to the site and all content, source code, processes, designs, technologies, URLs, domain names, videos, audios, marks, designs and logos forming any part of the site (collectively, "Our Property") are (a) fully vested in us, our licensors, or our suppliers and (b) protected by applicable copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws.
Nothing in your use of the site or these terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to Our Property except the limited right to access the site for a brief period of your internship.

(iii) RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
We and you agree and acknowledge that we and you are independent and nothing in this agreement gives rise to an employment, partnership, joint venture, or other relationship. Our role is to provide training and your role is to receive work like experience and not actually working with us.
(iv) SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement shall be found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions contained herein, which shall remain in full force and effect.
(v) INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend (at the indemnified party’s option), indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs (including reasonable advocates fees) and expenses in connection with any claim arising out of or in connection with any content or information posted or transmitted by you using the site or otherwise arising out of your use of the site or use of the site by any third party who is given or gains access to the site due to your action or inaction. We have the right at any time to forego the indemnification and assume the defence of any claim.

We shall not be obligated to provide workable products and / or services for any devices that are not recognized by us or those devices that may be purchased from any third party which are not compatible with our products and Services. We shall have no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to any device or any other hardware and / or software and/or instrument, including loss of data or effect on the processing speed, resulting from use of our products or services.
(xi) FORCE MAJEURE
If for any reason beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, strike, labour dispute, regulation or order of a governmental authority, civil disorder, disaster, act of war, act of God, fire, flood or other emergency condition or cyber-attacks, data loss on cloud platform, downtime on cloud platform, closing down of cloud platform where the site is hosted or closing down of domain name registrant or financial trouble at Zetheta (“Force Majeure Event”), if we are unable to perform our obligations, such non-performance shall be excused and if the Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, terminate the obligation of Zetheta to provide any products or services, without further liability of any nature.
(xii) GOVERNING LAW
This agreement will be construed, interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of India as applicable in the state of Maharashtra. The parties agree to submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra.
